It is estimated that most Homes already have the equipment needed to receive the new digital signal: freeview set top box or TV with built in freeview tuner & Aerial (antenna) capable of receiving the digital broadcast. For the small percentage of customers who do need to upgrade their aerial we find the Antiference XG10EW or the Fracarro BLU420F does the job in the majority of cases. Both of these aerials have been officially Benchmarked by the CAI and have been produced by the manufacturers specifically to work efficiently with the new digital broadcast. In some cases where signal strength is borderline or weak, customers will need to add the cost of an amplifier. All of our aerials are ready for the new Freeview HD service due to be broadcast during 2011 for the Norfolk area.
